Pear Mojito

This is a delightfully refreshing recipe I borrowed from my Mom. It is sweet rum drink with a lovely minty apple pear flavor. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I have.

beverage muddler

1. 
   

cocktail shaker

Ingredients

1. 1.5 ounce Lemon Bacardi Rum

2. .5 ounce simple syrup

3. .5 ounce pineapple juice

4. 1 lime

5. 1 ounce apple pucker schnapps

6. Topo Chico

7. 1 glass of ice

Instructions

1. 
   

muddle the lime and mint leaves together in the shaker

1. 
   

add the rest of ingredients to shaker, except Topo Chico

1. 
   

shake for 10-15 seconds

1. 
   

pour over ice in glass

1. 
   

top off with Topo Chico and Enjoy!!
